Phoebe from Represent Studio worked to develop Big Team and its pilot projects from its inception through to continued delivery for 5 years with Team Love.  Big Team actively works to create access for people where barriers exist in the creative, festival and live events industry. Prioritising individuals from underrepresented backgrounds, particularly people from Global Majority and/or lower socio-economic backgrounds.
