RAMM is a natural history museum and art gallery whose world-class collections and ambitious programming ensure that the museum is a place of discovery which encourages everyone to be curious, and inspires us to shape a better future. Phoebe from Dala Pictures works in a development management capacity consulting and creating / delivering skills and development programmes, supporting the next generation of creatives to get into the industry. Phoebe from Dala Pictures worked in a Creative Project Management capacity to develop Big Team from its inception to where it is now. Currently run by the young people it chooses to support. Phoebe ideated and delivered its pilot and now flagship projects for 5 years alongside Team Love.
Big Team actively works to create access for people where barriers exist in the creative, festival and live events industry. Prioritising individuals from underrepresented backgrounds, particularly people from Global Majority and/or lower socio-economic backgrounds.
Paraochestra is a fearless collective of disabled and non-disabled musicians: a platform that pushes the boundaries of music-making to create art with passion and purpose.
Phoebe worked as the lead Producer and filmmaker with the Paraorchestra team when it first arrived in Bristol. Supporting the organisation to become an NPO organisation and producing shows like Kraftwerk Rewerk, The David Bowie Tribute at Glastonbury festival and taking them on their first international tour in the Middle East.
Phoebe’s documentary Towards Harmony won many awards, including best short at The London Film Festival. Read more here.
